Alissa Vitti

Alissa Vitti is the author of The Woman Code and the creator of Flo Living. Alissa suffered from hormonal issues as a young woman and went into researching nutrition and the endocrine system to create a better way of treating her health issues and helping other woman take control of their body. I listened to a podcast episode with her and went out and bought her book straight away and I am loving learning about my body and how my hormones can affect different aspects of my weight, fertility and gut health.

Alissa focuses on the female cycle and the four parts of the cycle that make up the infradian rhythm. By learning about the different parts of the cycle and working with them, in terms of what you eat, how you move and self care routines, can help you feel better or more exhausted. It is amazing how simple changes and working with your body can much huge improvements to your metabolism, brain and immune system. I have started using her program and am seeing small improvements already.
